Aaron Paul might star in Stephen King’s ‘The Dark Tower’

Stalwart fans of The Dark Tower series are on ’round-the-clock shifts finding the right actors for Stephen King’s beloved epic. Another actor hustled into the rumor mill: Aaron Paul. Fans are insistent, and you understand why.

This rampant fan-demand has to come from Paul’s character from the Vince Gilligan series “Breaking Bad” in which he played the character of Jesse Pinkman, a wayward youth that Bryan Cranston’s chemist/meth kingpin regularly batters inside-out. This sounds similar to the character that fans want Paul to play: Eddie Dean. He’s a gunslinger whose brother basically flushes her life down the drain, causing his heroin addiction.
